The building, the history and the views are marvellous. Food & restaurants perfect but everything was not perfect...
We stayed in room 59 (30.9-2.10) but it was unfortunately affected by a mould smell. We complained about this problem several times at the reception. We were not contacted about this a single time and after asking we heard that the service personnel concentrated on the AC even if we told it´s about mould problems. This made the stay unpleasant especially since it furthermore fouled our clothes and we have now delivered all trip belongings for cleaning. Unfortunately, this affected the stay in a negative way as we could not stay in the room because of this fact.
